Becky not only assisted with the adoption process but also contributed financially to Elliot’s rescue.
Elliot’s fur began to grow back thick and rich, marking his physical recovery. Once he was strong enough, Becky arranged for his transport to The Barking Lot Rescue in San Diego, California.
There, kind-hearted Kim Forrest and her partner met Elliot and decided to provide him with a forever home, where he would be known as Asher.
Karla rejoiced at the progress her once-suffering rescue had made. She recognized that, as a rescuer, sometimes letting go is part of the healing process.
