Kiwan’s health has significantly declined over time, altering his once vibrant demeanor to one of fragility and fatigue.
One evening, Kiwan faced a distressing situation when a group of children mishandled him as if he were merely a plaything.
Thankfully, a compassionate elderly man witnessed the incident and intervened to protect Kiwan. Recalling the event, the man said, “Kiwan curled up and cried in fear. He neither ran away nor defended himself. Seeing this truly broke my heart.”
Kiwan’s physical state is alarming. He suffers from a severe back injury, his vision is on the brink of failing, and one of his paws is hurt.
Additionally, he is battling serious anemia and malnutrition, making it seem as though life is slipping away from him. It’s troubling to think about how long he has been enduring such hardship.
Thankfully, with some food and care, Kiwan was able to rest on a comfortable sofa, marking the start of his long path to recovery.
